Kerri Turner is a 40 year old (uugghhh) "want to be" triathlete & runner. Kerri came to enjoy the social aspects of swimming, biking & running in her 30s. She is the mom to an 11 year old son & they have both learned to live and love again. Kerri will be married again in June and is a Senior Recruiter for a government contractor. She has run seven full marathons, completed a 70.3 and has completed multiple other distances. She is training for an Olympic distance and a full marathon and trying to get some speed back!!! Most of all, Coach Mary has taught her to believe in consistency & to believe in her own capabilities!
Mother of 8 fur babies, former Marine, animal rescuer, and ambassador for the St. Baldricks Foundation. Got started in triathlon in 2012 at the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon, kind of a go big or go home type of girl. Life is too short to play by anyone else set of rules.
